Tracey Stapleton

Principal, Operations at JDSAT

Tracey Stapleton is the current Principal of Operations at JDSAT. Tracey has over 20 years of experience in leadership roles in the technology sector.

Tracey started their career in 1998 as the Executive Director of BuildNet, Inc. Tracey then became the Director of Intelidata Technologies in 2001. In 2003, they became the Director of Operations for Defywire, Inc.

In 2006, Tracey became the Deputy Division Manager for SAIC. During their time at SAIC, they managed a team of developers who established an Agile methodology to produce a more lean and flexible strategy for delivery of a product implementing biological and genetic techniques to evolve neural networks for object recognition.

In 2011, Tracey left SAIC to become the Program Director for Next Century Corporation. At Next Century Corporation, they were responsible for directly managing teams of developers, field engineers, and consultants by fostering their career growth and readiness to deliver excellence for Public Sector and Commercial engagements while also being responsible for a $20M portfolio. This resulted in the growth of funded field services, new business, and customer satisfaction.

Most recently, in 2020, Tracey became the Principal of Operations at JDSAT.

Tracey Stapleton received their Bachelor’s Degree in Cognitive Science from the University of Rochester. Tracey also attended Maine-Endwell High School.

Their manager is Scott Woosley, CEO & Co-Founder. Tracey Stapleton works with Matt Murray - Principal, Operations Research, Andy Garrick - President & Co-Founder, and Vance Vogel - Principal, Operational Medicine.
