Associate Customer Support/Solutions Engineer at JDXpert

Tim Rivera has worked at two companies in their career. Tim began their professional journey at Strawbridge Studios, Inc. in 2011, where they held various roles over the years. These roles include Supervisor, Project Manager, Mailroom Co-Lead, and Data/Upload Manager. As a Data/Upload Manager, Tim was responsible for overseeing the upload department and managing a team of employees. Tim also collaborated with other departments to improve department performance. Tim joined JDXpert in 2021 as an Associate Customer Support/Solutions Engineer, where they are currently employed.

Tim Rivera earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Strayer University between 2016 and 2019.
