Sofia B. Pertuz

Sofia B. Pertuz, PhD, ACC, is a distinguished founder and principal consultant at Mainstream Insight, LLC, where the focus is on enhancing leadership capacities and fostering high-performing teams in mission-driven organizations. Pertuz serves as an adjunct lecturer at IE New York College, teaching the Capstone Course in Integrative Business Challenge, and holds the position of external senior advisor and Chief Diversity and Inclusion Officer at The Jed Foundation, guiding mental health initiatives for marginalized youth. Previous roles include managing diversity and inclusion practices at Billie Jean King Enterprises, and various academic and administrative positions at Hofstra University, Fordham University, and other institutions. Pertuz earned a Ph.D. in Higher Education Leadership, Management and Policy from Seton Hall University and has a strong background in developing programs that promote equity and inclusion within educational environments.
