Bas Lottman has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2017 as an Intern at KPMG Corporate Finance LLC. Bas then moved on to become the Supervisor of practical experiments at Technische Universiteit Delft in the same year. In 2018, they worked on the Feasibility of Polymer HEX plates at Bluerise BV. In 2017, they co-founded Novus Leo, a company that specialized in digital solutions for rally events. In 2020, they worked as a Graduation Internship at Nouryon, researching the use of green energy sources for hydrogen production. Bas also worked as an Event planning & design for classic car rallyes at LE&D. Currently, they are a Product Manager: Virtual Power Plant and Business Analyst at Jedlix - Smart Charging, where they create relevant business and technological insights for internal and external use.

Bas Lottman began their education in 2006 at Erasmiaans Gymnasium. In 2012, they continued their studies at Delft University of Technology, where they obtained a BSc in Mechanical Engineering in 2017. Bas then took a Minor in Macro Economics at the University of Amsterdam from 2015 to 2016. In 2017, they returned to Delft University of Technology, where they obtained an MSc in Mechanical Engineering: Energy & Process Technology in 2020. In 2013, they were also certified as a SolidWorks Associate by the Solidworks Certification Center.
