Chris Voight has a diverse and extensive work experience history. Chris began their career in 1995 as a Process Engineer at International Paper. Chris then progressed through various roles at the company, including Senior Process Engineer, Engineering Manager - Pulp & Power, and Senior Department Engineer - Energy & Chemical Recovery Solutions.
In 2008, Chris worked at St. Bernard Soap Company as a Continuous Improvement Manager and later as a Packaging Manager. Chris then joined Nestle USA in 2010 as an Operations Manager, responsible for engineering and maintenance.
From 2013 to 2019, Chris worked at Jedson Engineering, initially as the Process Engineer Department Lead, where they coached and developed the process engineering team. Chris then became the General Manager on an interim basis. In 2019, they took on the role of Chemical Market Leader and Project Director, where they supported the strategic growth of the business and developed client relationships.
Throughout their career, Chris has gained significant experience in engineering, process improvement, and leadership roles in the manufacturing and engineering sectors.
Chris Voight obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from The Ohio State University, where they studied from 1990 to 1994. Chris furthered their education by obtaining a Green Belt - Six Sigma Lean Manufacturing certification from Tech Solve in Cincinnati in May 2008.
