Kent Bailey has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Kent began their career in 2012 as a Mechanical Engineering Student at the University of South Alabama, where they also served as a Cheerleading Skills Coach. In 2014, they interned at Hargrove Engineers + Constructors as a Mechanical Piping Intern, and in 2015, they returned to the company as a Mechanical/Piping Engineering Intern. From 2016 to 2019, Kent worked at Hargrove Engineers + Constructors as a Mechanical Engineer I.

In 2019, they joined Jedson Engineering as a Mechanical Engineer and later transitioned to the position of Project Manager in 2021. Alongside their professional roles, Kent also contributed as an Independent Cheerleading Stunting and Tumbling Instructor at local schools and gyms from 2006 to 2018. Additionally, they had a managerial role at Cheer Force One from 2008 to 2014 and worked as a Recruiter at Banyan Marine in 2012.

Kent Bailey attended East Central High School from 2002 to 2006, where they earned their High School Diploma with Honors. Following their high school education, they enrolled at the University of South Alabama from 2006 to 2016. During this time, they pursued a degree in Mechanical Engineering and graduated with a Bachelor's degree in the same field. In January 2021, Kent obtained a Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification from the Project Management Institute.
