Mike Gottshall has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple companies and roles. Mike started their career in 1998 as an Applications Specialist at Assembly & Test Worldwide, where they worked until 2001. Mike then joined Neaton Auto Products in 2003 as a Program Manager, responsible for developing assembly concepts, procuring manufacturing equipment, and creating milestone schedules. In 2006, Mike joined Omega Automation as a Project Engineer and later became a Sales Engineer, managing territory sales and overseeing the design and manufacturing of special machines. From 2008 to 2018, they worked at R.A Jones & Co. in various roles, including Corporate Account Manager, Area Sales Manager, Technical Sales Manager, and Service Account Manager, responsible for new equipment sales and customer management. Most recently, since 2019, Mike has been working at Jedson Engineering as a Project Engineer and has now transitioned to the role of Project Manager in January 2021. Throughout their career, Mike has demonstrated skills in project management, sales, customer relationship management, and engineering.

Mike Gottshall attended Miami University from 2001 to 2004, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering.
