Jeej is the contemporary art studio of Rotterdam-based artist Jeroen van der Knaap, known as Jeej.

Rooted in Dutch graffiti culture, Jeej developed his voice at the intersection of two worlds that were never meant to meet: the raw underground and quiet innocence of childhood within the refined spaces of luxury and contemporary art. Rather than choosing between them, he fused them.

His work is built on three principles: anonymity, duality, and perception. Faceless characters carry a graffiti truth: the name travels before the face does. High contrast reflects the tension he has always lived in. And every piece challenges what art is allowed to be and where it is allowed to hang.

His practice spans paintings, drawings, and sculptures. And, quite frankly, any surface worth leaving a mark on.

Today, Jeej's work is collected by global names including Afrojack, Memphis Depay, NikkieTutorials, and Frenna. It has been exhibited at STRAAT Amsterdam, CONTEXT Art Miami, and installed permanently at the W Hotel Beverly Hills. In 2026, his work appeared on stage at Ultra Miami and Coachella.

Represented by Art Angels (Los Angeles) and Très Art (Netherlands).
