Damian Sharp

Damian Sharp possesses extensive experience in logistics and operations management across various industries. Starting as Racing and Betting Operations Manager at Press Association from March 1993 to March 2012, responsibilities included senior management of sports departments and oversight of the Racing Data department. Afterward, Damian founded Sports-Soft Ltd, where innovative customer engagement strategies and an affiliate scheme were developed. Subsequent roles included IT Project Manager at Wren Kitchens, Logistics Supervisor at IT@Spectrum Ltd, and IT Logistics Officer at N3i, focusing on logistics and procurement. Currently serving as Stock Controller at Marshalls plc since November 2025, Damian has also held leadership positions in warehouse management and sports operations, showcasing a robust skill set in both IT and logistics management.
