Jesús Grau

Jesús Grau has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Jesús is currently employed as a Service Designer at Jeff.com since September 2020. Prior to that, Jesús founded Mama Paella in 2018, a Spanish food catering business in Melbourne. Jesús successfully adapted the business strategy to suit the Australian market and cater to customer needs. In 2016, Jesús worked as a Service Designer consultant remotely for Celextina, helping them redefine their strategy and improve their divorce service. Before that, Jesús worked at Orange, where they held multiple roles. From 2011 to 2015, they served as a Senior UX Designer for Strategic projects, ensuring a delightful customer journey experience. Jesús also worked as an Innovation Project Manager from 2006 to 2011, identifying technology trends and leading projects with new disruptive technologies and services. Additionally, they served as a Senior Network Operations Engineer from 1999 to 2006, managing network operations and troubleshooting for government entities and special events.

Jesús Grau has a diverse education history. Jesús pursued a Master's degree in Project Management from La Salle BCN between 2007 and 2009. Prior to that, they attended Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya from 2002 to 2006, where they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Telecommunications Engineering. In 2018, Jesús Grau enrolled at Danford College and completed an Advanced Diploma of Leadership and Management between 2018 and 2020, studying fields related to Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. Additionally, in May 2018 they obtained a certification in UX Design: 6 Paper Prototyping from LinkedIn.
