Aditya Gupta

Aditya Gupta is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in regulatory, compliance, and legal technology within the financial services sector. Currently serving as the Global Head of Regulatory, Compliance & Legal Technology at Jefferies since December 2011, Aditya oversees critical domains such as trade and transaction reporting, global shareholding monitoring, capital and liquidity management, trade surveillance, and AML. Prior to this role, Aditya held senior positions including Sr VP - Head of Regulatory IT International at Morgan Stanley and Executive Director - UK Regulatory IT at Credit Suisse. Aditya's career began in 1994 at Tata Consultancy Services, progressing through roles at various companies, and culminating in leadership positions in regulatory IT. Aditya holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics & Communication from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee.
