Alan Wolberg is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in wealth management and corporate law. Currently serving as Managing Director at Jefferies, Alan has held senior positions at City National Bank as Senior Vice President and at Merrill Lynch as Director of the Wealth Structuring Group. Alan also has a significant background at First Republic Bank as Managing Director and previously worked as a Business Resource Consultant for The Guardian Life Insurance Company of America.
