Annie Hsu is currently the Head of Swap Dealer Compliance at Jefferies, a role they have held since 2021. Previously, they served as the Chief Compliance Officer at MUFG from 2016 to 2020 and held significant positions at BNP Paribas, including Head of Global Markets Compliance and Regulatory Change Management from 2003 to 2016, as well as at Barclays and Paine Webber in various compliance roles. Annie earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) magna cum laude from New York Law School and a Bachelor of Science in Administration of Justice and Sociology from Rutgers University-New Brunswick. They began their legal career as a Summer Associate at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP in 2003.
