Antony Kleanthous is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in infrastructure engineering and technical support. Currently serving as the Global Head of Windows Server Engineering at Jefferies since March 2019, Antony has a proven track record in managing VMware environments, UCS chassis, and blade implementations, along with expertise in Windows Server maintenance and Active Directory administration.
