Arvind B.

Arvind B. is an accomplished professional in the field of Technology Investment Banking with extensive experience across notable financial institutions. Currently at Jefferies since 2023, Arvind has advised ChrysCapital on the ~$850 million sale of GeBBS Healthcare to EQT. Prior experience includes a role at Barclays from 2022 to 2023, where advisory services were provided to AT&T on the divestment of its Cybersecurity business. At Bank of America Merrill Lynch from 2020 to 2022, Arvind served as a financial advisor on Brookfield’s $8.2 billion acquisition of CDK Global and was involved in several bond offerings from Moody’s, among other significant transactions. Earlier, Arvind worked at Benhamou Global Ventures focusing on early-stage technology investments, and at Capgemini in Corporate Development/M&A, contributing to landmark transactions including the $4 billion IGATE buy-out. Arvind holds an MBA in Finance from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a Master’s degree in Finance from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani.
