Ashish R. currently serves as the Vice President and Cloud Architect at Jefferies, leading the modernization of a global middle-office trading platform, with a focus on transforming a legacy system into a cloud-native infrastructure. Prior to this role, Ashish worked as a Principal Solutions Architect at Effectual, where significant achievements included accelerating containerized application production and spearheading a major financial organization's migration to AWS. Ashish has extensive experience at Amazon Web Services as a Technical Trainer and Training Delivery Manager, where responsibilities included delivering training on various technical subjects and developing training content. As a co-founder of Rajbar Co. and previously serving as Chief Technologist at HP/HPE/Micro Focus, Ashish has designed and implemented hybrid cloud solutions and DevOps architectures. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Computer Science from the New Jersey Institute of Technology and a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from Maharshi Dayanand University.
