Ben Springett

Ben Springett has extensive experience in electronic and program trading, currently serving as Co-Chair of the Jefferies Women's Initiative Network for the EMEA region since August 2015. Prior to this role, Ben held the position of EMEA Head of Electronic and Program Trading at Instinet Incorporated from March 2013 to August 2015. Ben's career in the financial sector began at Lehman Brothers, where the position of Head of Electronic Sales Trading was held from September 2003 to September 2008. Subsequent roles included Head of Electronic Trading at Nomura and Co-Head of Electronic Trading for the EMEA region. Ben graduated from the University of Bath.
