Cary Friedman

Cary Friedman currently serves as the Global Head of Human Capital at Jefferies, a prominent investment banking and capital markets firm, a position held since February 2018. Prior to this role, Cary held the position of Head of People & Talent Development (ad interim) at Société Générale and founded Cary S. Friedman Consulting LLC. From September 2011 to February 2017, Cary was the Managing Director and Senior Talent Development Officer at Credit Suisse, focusing on leadership development and succession planning. Cary's career began at Goldman Sachs as a Founding Member of the Pine Street Leadership Development Group, where innovative leadership programs gained recognition, including Harvard Business School case studies. Earlier experience includes an Assistant Director role at Aramark. Cary holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University.
