Chris Derry has extensive experience in high yield and investment grade credit trading, with a career spanning over two decades in the finance industry. Notably, Chris served as Head of High Yield Credit Trading and Head of High Yield Credit Sales at RBC Capital Markets from November 2015 to March 2018, and has been involved in high yield sales at Jefferies since April 2020. Prior to that, Chris was Executive Director at Nomura International plc, leading high yield and investment grade corporates credit trading from July 2013 to August 2015. Chris also held positions at Merrill Lynch as a Vice President in Investment Grade Credit Trading from May 2001 to March 2010 and as a Director at Credit Suisse in Investment Grade/Crossover Credit Trading from June 2010 to March 2013. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Geography from The University of Sheffield, awarded in 1999.
