Evan Rothenberg is the Managing Director and Co-Head of the Americas Financial Sponsor Group at Jefferies LLC. Previously, they served as Managing Director and Head of the Financial Sponsor Group at Barclays Investment Bank from 2008 to 2023 and worked as an Investment Banker at Lehman Brothers from 1997 to 2008. Evan holds a BA from Tufts University and a JD from The George Washington University Law School.
