Greg Kaplan, CFA, is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Global Head of Fixed Income Portfolio Management at Jefferies since September 2022. Previously, Kaplan held the position of Director of Fixed Income at City National Bank from January 2015 to February 2022, and prior to that, spent a decade at City National Bank in various roles including Managing Director - Tax Exempt Fixed Income and Senior Vice President. Earlier experience includes serving as a Portfolio Manager at Robertson Stephens and Mentor Investment Group, as well as an Assistant Vice President at NationsBank. Kaplan began his career at Prudential Insurance as a Financial Reviewer. Educationally, Kaplan holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Rutgers University and an MBA in Finance from Virginia Tech's Pamplin College of Business.
