Howard Searing

Howard Searing, CFA, is a seasoned finance professional currently serving as Managing Director at Jefferies, with a focus on primary fundraising for private capital funds since October 2023. Prior to this role, Howard held the position of Director at Credit Suisse from December 2018 to October 2023 and served as Director of the Private Markets Group at DuPont from January 2002 to November 2018. Earlier in his career, Howard was a Performance Analyst at Morgan Stanley from July 1998 to January 2002, leading a team responsible for reporting investment performance to institutional and retail clients. Howard completed a Master of Business Administration in Finance at Villanova University from 2004 to 2006 and earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the same institution from 1984 to 1988.
