John Aiken is currently the Director of Research (Canada) at Jefferies, specializing in FIG Equity Research for Canadian Financials. They previously held the position of Head of Research (Canada) and Senior Analyst at Barclays from 2019 to 2023, and were an Analyst at both Barclays Capital and Dundee Capital Markets. John began their career as an Analyst at National Bank Financial from 2001 to 2006. They earned a BA in Economics from The University of Western Ontario and an MBA in Accounting and Finance from the University of Toronto.
