John Clement

John Clement, CFA, is a finance professional with extensive experience in various roles within the financial services industry. Currently serving as an Associate at Jefferies since March 2022, John previously held positions at MidCap Financial as an Associate focused on Financial Sponsors & Leveraged Finance from July 2021 to March 2022, and at Congressional Bank as a Senior Associate on the Healthcare Team and Analyst from February 2019 to July 2021. Earlier in his career, John worked as an Investment Analyst at Reicon Capital from July 2017 to February 2019. Academically, John earned a Master of Science in Commerce with a Finance Concentration from the UVA McIntire School of Commerce (2016-2017) and holds dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Economics and Public Policy from the University of Virginia (2012-2016). John also studied at The London School of Economics and Political Science in 2013 and completed education at Woodberry Forest School from 2009 to 2012.
