Justin Gonlag is an experienced financial services professional currently serving as a Senior Vice President at Jefferies and leading Portfolio Advisory and Value Creation at Motive Create. Previously, Justin held the role of Managing Principal at Capco and worked as a Business Consultant at Accenture. With a background in business strategy, risk management, and systems integration, Justin has managed cross-functional teams to successfully deliver key client initiatives. Justin began their career as an intern analyst at First Rand Bank and earned a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Economics, as well as an Honours degree in Business Science (Economics) from the University of the Witwatersrand, both with Cum Laude honors.
