Kenneth Lo

Kenneth Lo is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in regulatory financial reporting and investment management. Currently serving as VP Controller at Jefferies since February 2024, Kenneth previously held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Wealthsimple Investments Inc. and served as Director of Regulatory Financial Reporting at Wealthsimple. Kenneth's career includes significant roles at RBC Dominion Securities as Associate Director of Regulatory Financial Reporting, and at IIROC as Enforcement Senior Investigator and Senior Financial & Operations Examiner. Early career experience includes a Senior Staff Accountant role at Deloitte Canada and a Coop Tax Associate position at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Kenneth holds a Master of Laws in Securities Law from York University and an MBA in Professional Accounting from the University of Toronto, complemented by an Honours Bachelor of Science in Molecular Genetics & Biology from the same university.
