Kyle (Jones) Baker is the Managing Director and Head of Energy Transition Investment Banking for the Americas at Jefferies, a position held since August 2023. Prior to this role, Baker served as Managing Director at Guggenheim Partners from December 2015 to July 2023 and held positions as Partner and Principal at Greentech Capital Advisors from January 2009 to May 2015. Earlier career experience includes serving as an Associate in Investment Banking at Morgan Stanley from July 2006 to December 2008 and as a Research Assistant at ICF Consulting, Inc. from 2001 to 2003. Baker holds a Master of Environmental Management and an MBA from Yale University, where studies were conducted from 2003 to 2006, and a BS in Biology with a focus on Natural Resource Economics from the University of Michigan, completed in 2001.
