Lily Zhong is currently the Vice President in the Global Industrials Group at Jefferies, specializing in Capital Goods since 2025. Previously, they worked as an Analyst at Barclays Investment Bank from 2019 to 2024, where they also served as an Investment Banking Summer Analyst. Earlier in their career, Lily completed internships at J.P. Morgan and RBC Capital Markets in 2017. They co-managed the award-winning COOKINK initiative during their time at NACUE from 2013 to 2014 and authored two cookbooks as Co-Managing Director of INK at Young Enterprise UK. Lily holds a degree in International Management with American Business Studies from The University of Manchester, complemented by study at Cornell University.
