Marilyn MacDonald

Marilyn Macdonald is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in Latin American equity sales and investment management. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at Jefferies since July 2023, Marilyn previously held the position of Managing Director at Nau Securities Limited, focusing on connecting emerging market companies with asset managers from November 2020 to July 2023. Marilyn has also worked as Director at THE HOLYWELL PARTNERSHIP LIMITED, providing professional training and executive coaching since 2005, and has a notable history in leadership roles at Credicorp Capital, where Marilyn established a strong client franchise and earned industry recognition. Prior positions include Executive Director and Head of Latin American Equity sales at Banco Santander and earlier roles at Dresdner Kleinwort Benson GmbH and Scottish Equitable. Marilyn holds a degree in Economics from the University of Strathclyde.
