Mark J. Tarpley

Mark J. Tarpley is currently the Sr. Vice President at Jefferies, where they provide investment banking services focused on the K-12 sector. Previously, Mark held various leadership positions in education, including Deputy Superintendent at Allen Independent School District and CFO at both Allen ISD and Greenville ISD. Mark also served as Vice President of Municipal Finance at RBC Capital Markets and Director at Citi before joining Jefferies. They earned an MBA in Strategic Management from the University of North Texas and a BA in Business Administration from Austin College.
