Matt Kim is the Global Head of Biotechnology at Jefferies, where they have progressed through various leadership roles since 2012, including Managing Director and Senior Vice President. Prior to this, they served as Associate Director at UBS Investment Bank from 2006 to 2009. In 2024, Matt co-founded ElevAAte Biotech and currently serves as a Board Member. They hold a B.S. in Economics and Biology from Duke University, which they completed in 2003.
