Max Gardner has a diverse work experience in the video production industry. Max started their career as a Freelance Video Professional in 2012, where they worked with various clients and developed expertise in producing films and videos for different platforms. In 2016, they co-founded A+M Creative NY, where they served as a Director, Producer, and Creative. Max also worked as a Producer at Robert Enriquez Films, overseeing the production of the film "The Big Pitch" in 2021-2022. Max Gardner has also worked as a Director at Osmosis Films and as a Producer for the film "Through the Stars" in 2021-2022. Additionally, they worked at Morgan Stanley as a Senior Video Producer/Creative Director from 2020-2022, and served as a Festival Judge at the Boston SciFi Film Festival in 2021-2022. Max produced the film "Killing Evan" from 2019-2021, and was a Producer for the film "Go/Don't Go" from 2018-2021, which premiered at the San Francisco IndieFEST and the Boston SciFi Festival.

Max Gardner attended The New School from 2009 to 2012, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Culture & Media Studies.
