Michael Fiscella

Michael Fiscella is the Managing Director and Global Head of Operations at Jefferies, a position they have held since 2022. Prior to this role, they served as a Senior Vice President at ING Barings from 1996 to 2001 and spent two years as a Director at Morgan Stanley. Michael's extensive experience includes overseeing Global Asset Services, Global Securities Settlements, and various operational areas in the financial sector. They graduated magna cum laude from St. John's University in 1994 and later earned a graduate degree in International Business from the same institution.
