Naomi Smith

Naomi Smith is an experienced recruitment professional currently serving as the Head of Lateral Recruitment for APAC at Jefferies since August 2023, while also taking on the role of Engagement Manager at LevelUP. Prior to this, Naomi held the position of Vice President of Talent Acquisition at Credit Suisse for five years, overseeing teams in Hong Kong and Singapore and leading Diversity, Equity & Inclusion initiatives. Additionally, Naomi worked as a Front Office Business Partner at Harvey Nash Group and served as a Recruitment Manager and Senior Consultant at Stott and May. Naomi holds a BA in Media and French from the University of Sussex and has also studied at Université Grenoble Alpes.
