Oliver Berwin

Oliver Berwin is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in equity syndicate and capital markets. Since April 2015, Oliver has held the position of Managing Director and EMEA Head of Equity Syndicate at Jefferies, where responsibilities also included serving as European Head of Equity Syndicate and Senior Vice President. Prior to this, Oliver worked at RBC Capital Markets as an Associate in Equity Capital Markets from July 2011 to March 2015, and briefly served as a Summer Analyst at DC Advisory Partners focusing on M&A advisory in July 2010. Oliver began the career at HM Treasury as a Student Placement from July 2009 to July 2010. Oliver holds a BSc degree in Economics from the University of Leeds, completed in 2011.
