Paul Crouch

Paul Crouch served as the EMEA Head of Trading and Structuring at Jefferies since 2014, focusing on illiquid credit and rates, private placements, EMTNs, and repacks. They previously held positions in various prestigious firms, including Morgan Stanley, JPMorgan Chase, and Bear Stearns. Paul also gained valuable experience as a Police Special Constable with the Metropolitan Police and served as a Territorial Army Soldier in the Honourable Artillery Company. Their educational background includes a 1st Class degree in Investment and Financial Risk Management from Cass Business School. Paul has contributed to the community as a Governor and Chair of the Finance Committee at Cannon Lane Primary School from 2019 to 2023.
