Rachel (Yanyan) Duan, CFA, currently serves as an Investment Banking Associate in Private Capital Advisory at Jefferies, a position held since November 2024. Prior to this, Rachel worked at PJT Partners as an Investment Banking Analyst in Private Capital Advisory from December 2021 to October 2024, and gained experience at Goldman Sachs as a Global Capital Markets Analyst focused on Macro Risk Management, Cash Management, and Alternative Financing from February 2019 to November 2021. Rachel has also contributed as Campus Ambassador at the Business Solutions Case Club and co-chaired the Asian Business Case Competition at Nanyang Business School. Rachel holds a double degree in Accounting and Business from Nanyang Technological University Singapore, completed in 2019, and attended Victoria Junior College from 2013 to 2014.
