Rawn Williams

Rawn Williams is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in municipal financing, having managed more than $100 billion, including $35 billion as lead, co-lead, or financial advisor. Currently serving as Managing Director at Jefferies since November 2010, Rawn has spearheaded the firm's expansion in the Southeast and engagement with large urban issuers in the Northeast. Prior roles include Managing Director at Merrill Lynch, where Rawn significantly improved Florida's negotiated rankings, and Executive Director at Morgan Stanley, providing financial and structuring advice to various governmental and nonprofit entities. Rawn's educational background includes an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a B.A. in Economics from Morehouse College.
