Richard Gee

Richard Gee currently serves as the Equities Chief Risk Officer at Jefferies since May 2021. Prior to this role, Richard held notable positions including Managing Director and Global Markets Head of Equities Risk Management at Credit Suisse, overseeing teams across major cities globally. At Barcap, Richard served as Head of Americas Market Risk and Global Head of Equities Market Risk, successfully leading various teams. Richard also previously held the position of Global Head of Delta 1 at JP Morgan, where a unified global business was developed from disparate regional efforts. Early in Richard's career, leadership roles included Head of Equity and Derivatives Trading at Bear Stearns and Head of Trading at Nat West Financial Products.
