Ron Eliasek

Ron Eliasek is the Chairman of Global TMT Investment Banking at Jefferies, a position they commenced in 2023. Previously, they served as Chairman and Global Head of Software at Bank of America Merrill Lynch from 2012 to 2023. Before that, Ron held the role of Global Head of Technology Investment Banking at RBC Capital Markets from 2010 to 2012 and Managing Director at Sagent Advisors from 2009 to 2010. Their career began in aerospace engineering at General Electric from 1993 to 1995, followed by roles in investment banking at Citi and Wells Fargo Securities. Ron earned a BS and MS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Virginia between 1989 and 1993.
