Rosy Zhang

Rosy Zhang is a seasoned legal and compliance professional with over a decade of experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as Managing Director and Head of Asia Legal & Compliance at Jefferies since April 2011, Rosy previously held the position of Counsel at TPG Capital from August 2008 to March 2011 and worked as an Associate at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP from 2004 to 2008. Rosy Zhang holds a J.D. from New York University School of Law, a BA in English from Beijing Foreign Studies University, and an M.A. in Sociology from New York University.
