Samuel Chan

Samuel Chan is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in investment banking and corporate finance. Currently serving as Vice President at Jefferies since June 2016, Samuel previously held the position of Associate in the same division. Prior experience includes working as an M&A Associate at KPMG Corporate Finance LLC, where responsibilities encompassed sell-side advisory, valuation techniques, and deal execution. Earlier roles included Management Associate at United Overseas Bank Limited, focusing on corporate planning, banking, and risk management, as well as a Software Engineering Intern at Romtek. Samuel co-founded The Search Engine and holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Aerospace Engineering from Nanyang Technological University Singapore, complemented by studies at Tsinghua University and Georgia Institute of Technology.
