Scott Beckelman

Scott Beckelman currently serves as the Global Co-Head of Private Capital Advisory at Jefferies, starting in January 2021. Under Scott's leadership, Jefferies PCA has become the largest fully integrated private capital advisory group on Wall Street, providing a comprehensive range of liquidity and capital raising services to institutional investors, financial sponsors, and asset managers. Prior to this role, Scott held the position of Managing Director in Private Capital Advisory at Greenhill & Co. from April 2015 to October 2020. Scott's career also includes significant experience at Cogent Partners, which was acquired by Greenhill, where Scott advanced from Analyst to Principal over a decade. Earlier in the career, Scott worked at Landmark Partners as an Analyst on the Private Equity Secondary Team and also completed an internship at the firm. Scott holds a Bachelor's Degree from Trinity College-Hartford, earned in 2004.
