Spencer Leflon

Spencer Leflon is currently working in Institutional Equity Sales at Jefferies since December 2024, having also held the same position from January 2024 to June 2024. Prior to this role, Spencer gained experience as a Strategy Consulting Intern at Reboul & Co. from May 2023 to December 2023 and as an Investor Relations Intern at Orange during the summer of 2021. Academic credentials include a Master’s in Management from ESCP Business School (September 2022 - June 2025), a Double Degree in Master en Administración y Dirección de Empresas from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid (September 2022 - April 2023), and a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Business Management from King's College London (2019 - 2022).
