Stephen Gavalas

Stephen Gavalas is a Managing Director at Jefferies, with extensive experience in Industrial Technology sectors such as Sensors, Automation, Robotics, and more. Since joining Jefferies in August 2011, Stephen has led M&A advisory, debt and equity capital markets, and restructuring efforts. Prior roles include Senior Vice President and Vice President, where Stephen focused on industrial technology and chemicals. Prior to Jefferies, Stephen worked at Schering-Plough Corporation as an Associate Scientist, managing a $100 million project related to novel molecule development. Stephen holds a Master of Business Administration from Georgetown University and a Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry from the University of Pennsylvania.
