Stephen Kroculick

Stephen Kroculick has extensive experience in the finance industry, currently serving as Managing Director and previously as Senior Vice President at Jefferies since March 2011, focusing on Event Driven Strategy. Prior roles include Vice President in Global Equity Product Management and Associate in Research at Marwood Group from February 2010 to March 2011. Stephen's career began at Citigroup and Morgan Stanley Smith Barney, where responsibilities included Private Client Strategy from November 2005 to February 2010. Stephen holds an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business (2007-2010) and a degree from the University of Pennsylvania (2001-2005).
