Steven Kaplan

Steven Kaplan is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in investment banking, equities, fixed income, asset management, and merchant banking. Since September 2005, Steven has served as Managing Director and Global Head of Tax at Jefferies. Additionally, Steven has been a Board Member and President of the Wall Street Tax Association since 2006. Prior to joining Jefferies, Steven held the position of National Director of Capital Markets Tax Practice at Deloitte from November 1998 to September 2005. Steven holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Accounting from Boston University and a Master’s Degree in Taxation from Baruch College.
