Tom MacHale

Tom MacHale is the Managing Director and Head of FIG Syndicate EMEA at Jefferies, where they currently hold a senior leadership role. Prior to this, Tom worked at HSBC Global Banking and Markets as an Associate in the FIG Syndicate and held several positions at RBS, including Associate in the SSA Syndicate and Analyst in Capital Markets. Tom began their career with a Summer Analyst position at RBS Markets & International Banking. They earned a Master of Arts in Philosophy and Theology from The University of Edinburgh and completed their A levels at Ampleforth College.
