Wayne Su

Wayne Su is the Co-Head of China Investment Banking and Head of Asian Technology & Clean-Tech at Jefferies, where they manage client origination, deal execution, and overall business operations in China. With over eighteen years of investment banking experience, Wayne has a proven track record in originating, structuring, and executing complex transactions, including over 40 IPOs that raised more than US$100 billion in capital. Prior to Jefferies, Wayne served as Head of Growth Enterprises and Director of Investment Banking at Credit Suisse, focusing on technology, consumer, and education sectors in Asia. They also held roles at Morgan Stanley and Citigroup, specializing in FIG and China banking.
