Johnathon Huff

Johnathon Huff, Ph.D., has extensive experience in engineering and program management across various prestigious organizations, including NASA, Lockheed Martin, and Sandia National Laboratories. During their tenure at Lockheed Martin, they served as Program Manager and Engineering Operations Leader, achieving significant operational efficiencies and rapid development timelines for satellite systems and tracking technologies. At Sandia National Laboratories, they ascended to roles such as Interim Associate Labs Director and Director, where they oversaw multi-million dollar budgets and led strategic initiatives in national security programs. Currently, Johnathon serves as Chief Operating Officer and Deputy Laboratory Director for Operations at Jefferson Lab, actively managing operations and driving innovations in scientific research. They also obtained valuable research experience as a Graduate Researcher in Mathematical Modeling and Optimization at Mississippi State University.
